RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Camzilla handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation. We believe that open and honest communication is the key to quickly and successfully resolving issues.
If you would like to return your order, please notify us within seven (7) days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If there is a problem with an item you purchased from us, and we are unable to resolve your concern to your satisfaction, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened and defective goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Change of mind returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. All refunds are made at the discretion of Camzilla.
