The CamZilla 12 month Warranty begins on the date of purchase and ends 12 months later. Proof of purchase must be tendered with any warranty claim.

The warranty covers the mount components only. The mounted recording device is not covered under the Warranty and will not be replaced if damaged as a result of mount failure.

This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been abused, worn out, heated, ground or otherwise altered, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use.

This warranty is exclusive and CamZilla makes no other warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, with respect to the products sold by it, whether as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other matter.

If any product or part supplied by CamZilla is found to be defective, CamZilla will, at its option, either repair or replace such defective product or part.

This remedy shall be the exclusive remedy for any defects in products or parts sold by CamZilla, or for damages resulting from any other cause whatsoever. CamZilla shall not in any event be liable to any buyer for consequential or incidental damages of any kind, whether for defective or non-conforming goods, negligence or any other reason.

The warranty offers no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components. The purpose of this exclusive remedy shall be to provide the buyer with repair and replacement of products or parts supplied by CamZilla and found to be defective in materials or workmanship or negligently manufactured.
